Technical and economic advantages


For the first time in Russia there is created a machine designed for the high-productive (up to 5 pps) diamond sorting by color (10 categories). Here is used video technology (acquisition and image processing in real time), as well as algorithms for antijamming reducing measurement errors of color characteristics of a pale-colored 3D objects. Characteristics experimental sample is close to the best world standards of companies Rio Tinto and de Beers:

Diamond industry

ARC-10 is produced in small lots. Three samples had completely replaced the manual sorting of diamonds with the sizes of -9 +7 (approx. 2.5 mm) in one of the subdivisions of DC ALROSA.
